XLNC Furniture Return, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

At XLNC Furniture, we are committed to providing quality furniture and outstanding customer service. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review the following policies before making your purchase.

Repairs and Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event of a manufacturing defect, XLNC Furniture will arrange for repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and warranty terms.

No Returns After Delivery

All sales are final once merchandise has been delivered and accepted by the customer. We carefully inspect products prior to delivery to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after purchase are subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover administrative, processing, and inventory-related costs.

Product Re-selection

Customers may request to reselect another product prior to delivery, subject to approval. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement product, a 25% restocking fee will apply to eligible non-custom orders.

Product Fit and Accessibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchased items will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended room. XLNC Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered due to space restrictions, access limitations, or measurements that were not verified prior to purchase.

Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are based on information available at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by manufacturer delays, shipping disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

In-Stock Order Delivery Cancellations

A $150 delivery cancellation fee will apply to in-stock products when a scheduled delivery is canceled after delivery arrangements have been made.

Storage Fees

Customers will be contacted when their merchandise becomes available for pickup or delivery. Merchandise not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of notification may be subject to storage fees.

Delivery Charges

All delivery, assembly, and service fees are non-refundable once scheduled or completed, as these charges cover transportation, handling, labor, and logistics costs.

Warranty Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, pet damage, unauthorized repairs, and damage caused by moving or improper assembly are not covered under warranty unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

XLNC Furniture’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective merchandise as determined by the manufacturer and applicable warranty terms. Under no circumstances shall XLNC Furniture be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Policy Changes

XLNC Furniture reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
